Wowwww, nobody expected a Rest Days Part III! What a lazy me.
No, seriously, these weeks have been so stressful but exciting at the same time… I have just got a new job at OLX Group as a Product Designer! ✨
Since here in Spain there were two bank holidays the last week, I took advantage to keep studying english, since ok, I can write it and do not think a lot while I am writing it, but speaking it it’s an another whole story.
Another key moment that I was doing these last days it’s refreshing some concepts & learnings to give my best in the company.
The difference I see when I entered the last company I was working on it’s my organisation I think… Yes, I have been working less than a week but keeping track all of the tasks, learnings, meetings and everything that happens it’s critical to become aware of what’s going.
Before leaving, and I promise that the next week there will be products & articles I sweaaar, I want to recommend a micro-course that Ana Simõe told me about OKRs (thanks!).
It only consists in 14 videos ranging from 2 to 10 minutes explaining how OKRs works, their relationship with the company purpose & grow, and how to craft meaningful objectives and key results. Pretty short, but really cool.
